When assigned as doorman, takes charge of all incoming traffic by:

当被安排为门僮时，对客人应做到：

 

§  Warmly greeting all arriving and departing guests with a smile and eye-contact, use guest name if guest’s name is know

热情问候所有的到店和离店客人，微笑，目光交流，知道客人姓名时则称呼其姓名；

 

§  Establishing a continuous presence at the main entrance, making sure that this is never unattended;

在酒店主要入口必须一直有员工值班，确保不出现入口无人员情况；

 

§  Directing traffic, ensuring no vehicle blocks or parks at the main driveway;

指挥交通，确保不出现车辆阻塞或滞留在主要车道；

 

§  Approaching all incoming vehicles and opening vehicle doors for guests;

靠近来店车辆，并为客人打开车门；

 

§  Assisting in unloading luggage from vehicles;

协助从车上卸载行李。

 

Directs guests to reception counterand/or designated registration areas.
